Because it was very good they listened to me

After calling reception and a quick explanation of my symptoms I was given an appointment to see the GP the same day. This is not the first time I have had to see a doctor urgently and they go above and beyond to help where they can. They also call you by your first name which I really like, you feel at ease and it’s a more personal touch. Really empathetic reception staff are worth their weight in gold and this team seem to have it covered.
